97 IBF Projects participated in IDFA's talent development program 68 of these projects have since been realized. 59 of which were selected for the IDFA program, of which, 22 in one of the festival's competitions, 12 of them won awards at IDFA and 1 being IDFA's opening film.

IBF Films around the world

In 2023, forty IBF films screened around the world. Most of them also reached audiences in the country of production through festivals, cinemas, television, or streaming, but alternative distribution played an important role as well—with plenty of screenings at community spaces, universities, embassies, and impact events.
